The CCIB (Comprehensive Cancer Immune Biomarkers) database aims to fill the current knowledge gaps in cancer research through exclusive investigation on how the immune mechanisms and their meditators act together to alter patient prognosis-by a conceptually innovative secondary analysis and integration of existing cancer genomic data. In CCIB, we focus on 3 underutilized molecular data sources: (1) emerging single cell gene expression data (scRNA-seq); (2) germline variants recalled from genomic database; and (3) long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) expression by repurposing existing gene expression data.
